If another person’s behaviour or language makes you uncomfortable, please mention this to a coach or one of the directors as soon as possible, or you can fill out our anonymous feedback form on our website bristolcooperativegym.org/contact at any time.

If you have a concern involving bullying, workload or working conditions, that is a Grievance and for more general advice we have the following drafted guidelines: Bristol Co-operative Gym Grievance Policy Bristol Co-operative Gym Grievance Policy It is worth mentioning that it is not an official policy in that it is not complete or and has not yet been ratified, and there are currently no plans to do so as time is limited and we are run by volunteers.
It doesn’t really matter how you report something, what matters is that you have the opportunity, space and support to report it. Your report will be confidential and handled seriously, and the results of the investigation following your report will be communicated to you.
