The Venue and Kit Coordinator manages the upkeep of the venue and is the key contact for equipment matters.

Coordinate regular cleaning of the gym space including the floor: How to clean the floor
Coordinate regular cleaning and checking of the equipment (does not have to be at the same time as the H&S review)
Start a thread on the forum to arrange the kit cleaning session and wrangle volunteers
Review Condition of All Gym Equipment
Coordinate with one of the coaches to do a quarterly kit check in accordance with our Health & Safety Policy
Be the point of contact if someone reports a problem with a piece of equipment
Make sure that the item is clearly marked out of circulation/won’t be used in sessions until its been checked with a coach to decide whether it can be fixed or whether it must be disposed of
If a new piece of equipment is requested, start a discussion on the forum to see whether members agree we a) want to get it and b) can afford it
Coordinate with the Treasurer who will purchase it
Review what's in the First Aid box and buy (see Treasurer) replacements for anything missing
Give a summary of latest news in relation to building/equipment
Do a Bricks building induction
Be given a key
Be given access to any relevant buildings (Bricks / BCG) and/or equipment policies and have a meeting with an existing Director to discuss policies and the role

Last kit check - any documentation?
Share the inventory with new director and make sure it is up-to-date before handing over (perhaps going through the process of updating it with new director.)
Any supplies needed - check with Treasurer to purchase
