How to use this Handbook

Compiled here in this Handbook is all the information required to be active in, and run Bristol Co-operative Gym. It can be used for information or as a guide on how to do the various things needed to keep the gym running, and contains a number of practical how-tos and different areas that can be consulted for reference.

Onboarding

Onboarding is the process of introducing and familiarising attendees and members with the services we provide and integrating them into the practices of the gym.

Membership Processes provides advice on how to sign up for and terminate membership and you can also learn how to Upgrading/Downgrading/Cancelling Membership/Change Payment Method.

Further information on Booking and cancelling classes on TeamUp can be found here.

What to do if you can't find something

If there is something that you cannot find, and you have searched using the toolbar to the left, or the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the handbook, another good place to search would be the Drive folder
