Coaches run the sessions at the gym and aim to empower all users with their individual goals in mind. Programming is pre-planned a month in advance, although plans can be tweaked and revised if the need arises. The coaches are highly qualified personal trainers, are first aid trained and can demonstrate how to safely and effectively use the equipment.
Guest coaches will have a point of contact at the gym, usually the Coaching Liaison who will assist in the running of the session. Questions or concerns should be directed to them.
