Coaches run the sessions at the gym and aim to empower all users with their individual goals in mind. Programming is pre-planned a month in advance, although plans can be tweaked and revised if the need arises. The coaches are highly qualified personal trainers, are first aid trained and can demonstrate how to safely and effectively use the equipment.
They will:
not make assumptions about your body, or your intentions for training
follow our Code of Conduct
ensure attendees follow the Code of Conduct
adapt movements to support your needs,
understand that everyone has different goals
