Movements that restore mobility and build strength, adapted to your current flexibility. Flexibility training allows us more range of motion, but doing this without strength and control can cause injury. Become stronger and more mobile using cutting-edge techniques drawn from many disciplines.
You could bring a yoga mat or towel to this session.

Tue - 19:15-20:15 – Mill Room – Charlie Bones
Using the breath to lead us, we'll move through a sequence of body weight movements that will allow us to explore our range of mobility, build stability, and also promote flexibility. We'll also explore some playful balancing postures at times.
You can expect some breathwork exercises at the beginning to help us ground and tune into the body before starting the physical practice. We'll also focus a lot on the core which can be a helpful way to assist us (and help offer protection) through so many other movements that we do throughout the practice (as well as our other forms of training). Variations are offered throughout to suit how you're feeling that day!
The aim is to create strength and flexibility in the body but with a huge emphasis on awareness and the breath. Hopefully this will transpose into your other forms of training and offer great techniques that you'll find useful!
Mon – 18:00-19:00 - Mill Room – Lucy Reetoraz
