The Coaching Liaison is a point of contact for the Coaches and additionally work with the Calendar Coordinator in some circumstances.

Be point of contact for coaches
Planned absences e.g. holidays
Finding cover when someone is unavailable
Have quarterly check-ins with coaches to see how they are doing and feed this into the Operations meeting
Coordinate with Calendar Coordinator
Manage coaches information on TeamUp: Editing and adding instructors & venues on TeamUp
Feedback about how coaches are doing to the Operations meeting
Feedback about how classes are going to the Operations meeting
This might work well with support from someone who fairly regularly attends a variety of sessions and can feedback about how sessions are going from an attendee point of view
Give a summary of latest news in relation to any of the coaches and their sessions, any latest feedback.
Data Protection information/when to delete etc.
Messaging (WhatsApp vs emails etc)
Venue & Kit Coordinator - contact details for any equipment/venue requests
