Official meetings are comprised of Annual General Meetings and General Meetings.
We hold an Annual General meeting, which is combined with one of the GMs and within 6 months of the end of the financial year.
We hold 4 General meetings per year, called by the directors.
In addition to official meetings, we hold regular meetings, called Operations Meetings.
These are open to all members and serve as updates and involve decision making about class numbers, finance, timetabling etc.
DMs are specifically about director tasks and closed to non-directors.
Occasionally it's necessary to hold an ad hoc meeting to resolve any co-op business that does not fall in the AGM, GM or Ops meetings.
