We have two types of member run sessions, Open Gym and PB & Pizza.
This is an un-coached, volunteer-led session. Members are invited to train at their own pace, following their own programme and make use of the equipment in a social, supportive, non-competitive environment.
A first aid-qualified co-op member will always be present but these sessions are un-coached. Members are encouraged to attend a coached session beforehand if they are new to training with weights.

PB stands for Personal Best.
This is an un-coached, social session where you can test your strength in a non-competitive, celebratory environment and round out the evening with some pizza.
It's free for co-op members and everyone is encouraged to bring cash or card to cover their takeaway order.
